Already a founding partner of a Joint Venture with SkyTeam members Delta Air Lines and Air France-KLM, Virgin Atlantic officially joined SkyTeam. It is the first and only UK member airline in SkyTeam, one of the world's three major airline alliances. The move will enhance the transatlantic network and services to and from London Heathrow and Manchester Airport.
